We chose imagery to create a positive environment as clients climbed the stairs to begin their appointment. This effect was also important as clients exited the building after their appointment too.
A refurbished top floor unit of 10 consultancy rooms, offices and reception had been completed in the summer of 2019. The entrance involves climbing 4 flights of stairs to reach reception. This aspect needed multiple images on each landing to guide clients to the right floor.
The reception and internal windowless corridors needed bright, age-appropriate images to create an engaging and safe environment for clients as they navigate to their consultancy room.
Many of the consultancy rooms themselves were also windowless, and in each case they needed a focal point that helped to connect clients and staff to the wider world outside.

This older, more compact, 32 bed ward needed help. It also featured four individual side rooms, multiple corridor work stations, a windowless relatives waiting room and two internal, windowless offices for the Ward Sister and doctors.
Ward 7 North is a specialty urology and general surgery ward. This was a newly refurbished, uncluttered space. Wellbeing Windows was asked to supplement existing leaf screen print artworks within the ward corridors.
